Hi, my problem with running Honor Buddy on windows xp SP 2 with Net framework is, that whenever I try to open Honor Buddy with Run As, it asks me to from which account am I to login with, either admin or myprofile. I choose Admin, i says "The Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Some help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

If using XP you don't need to run as anything. Since it is your computer you should have admin privileges on your Windows Account.
Make sure you have the correct .Net (3.5 I believe, maybe 3.0) and also I suggest an update to SP3.

i did that and I am getting to the point where it is hooking up with my account, now it is coming up with another error, which states "The Type initializer for 'Styx.Helpers.CharacterSettings' threw an exception

      Okay. Step 2.
Attach your log to this thread. Guide follows:
      http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...-how-attach-your-hb-log-file-[-pictures].html

Also, Make sure before you hit Login in the HB window, that you are fully logged into your character (able to move around and such)
Wouldn't hurt to try a new download of HB either. Without the log file and other technical knowledge I don't have any other ideas.

I'd love to stay up and help you out more, but I've been up about 32 hours, and have to go to work in 9. Sorry, but I'm too tired.
Tony (Live-Support guy) will be your best bet if a new download of HB, unzipped into a new folder, doesn't fix it. He really is amazing at what he does, and hasn't met a single problem he couldn't understand/fix.
With that I bid you farewell, and good luck.

      -Panda, Out.

This looks like 1 of 2 issues.

      1) You're not fully logged into WoW. (Actually log in on the toon you intend to bot with)
      2) You have an AV or something similar that is blocking HB from setting up the hooks required to work with WoW. I'd suggest adding HB as an exception in any anti-virus or firewall. (We do some things that malware does use, so we do sometimes get false-positives in terms of AV detection. That said; we take user's security very seriously.)
