      Hello i would like to know if somebody here could help me by saying me how i can prevent my pal to go to city buy the new spell every 2 lvl . thks :)

      Settings and Tool -> check the box for Advanced Mode -> scroll down, un-check the box for "Train New Skills"

      keep in mind that some profiles are made that way,on specific points of the profile your char will go to the vendor for training
      so even if the "Train new skills" option is disable it will go for training

      I'd like you to read the reply from Tony.
      Some profiles are made like this, at which point you would have to edit the profile to keep him from trying to train new skills.
