Hi there I just got a ban on 9 accounts and got this email and I have no idea what to respond to it. Maybe you guys have any idea Blizzard Entertainment Europe [EN] - Ban Query/Dispute Greetings, Your account was permanently suspended due to use of third party programs, which is against the Terms of Use {(} Blizzard Entertainment: Battle.net Terms of Use {)}, the relevant part of which can be found in capital letters in Chapter 17 entitled Acknowledgements, and states: "When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory {(}ram{)} and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An "unauthorized third party program" as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any "addon" or "mod," that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination: I. enables or facilitates cheating of any type; II. allows users to modify or hack the World of Warcraft interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment; or III. intercepts, "mines," or otherwise collects information from or through World of Warcraft. In the event that World of Warcraft detects an unauthorized third party program, Blizzard may a{)} communicate information back to blizzard entertainment, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and/or b{)} exercise any or all of its rights under section 6 of this agreement, with or without prior notice to the user." The use of such programs or files is clearly unfair to the World of Warcraft community playing regularly and is not tolerated on our servers. Following a review of your case, we can confirm that such program has been used on several occasions by your account, and that the subsequent action taken is appropriate. We would not look to enter into any further communications on this issue as the matter is now considered closed. Please be advised that sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create, but the characters from your cancelled account will remain irretrievable. If you should wish to create a new account, you will need to obtain a new and unused CD key with a retail copy of the game. ohh that sucks... I got one account 3 days supended here some days ago.. im afraid that I will get owned soon.. but who knows.. its only a matter of time I guess.
That is wat is was thinking.. I know that they may look on anything I done.. ON WOW! Problem is my main account also got a ban because it had the same IP 10x 85 with 2.5 mil gold gone like its nothing
Slaydude, it's impossible to give advise without having more info on what you were doing. What were you doing with your bot, how long, were you afk, did you sell any gold, how many auctions did you have up... did you have a chat monitor up... things like that help us to determine what possibly got your account banned and then give suggestions on how to proceed to attempt to get it back... Sorry to hear though... ;(

I was botting on 9 accounts 1 lvling witch arch without a profile around 10 hours a day 4 mining in uldum using diff profiles every week and sometimes switching to TH around 20 hours a day 50% I wasnt watching 3 herbing in uldum and TH and switching profiles every week around 20 hours a day 50% I wasnt watching I used all alliance profiles to switch around with. I didnt use any extra plugins or anything Never got any ban before and didnt sell gold

I feel with you. This is hardcore. But botting on all accs around 20 hours a day is quite too much. I think. Greetz
May I ask what you were using the gold for? You don't have to answer of course, but you were botting NINE accounts, including 7 herbing and mining for 20 hours a day and you didn't sell gold... what where you doing with it all? That would create a huge amount... I mean you'd be gold capped multiple times over. Curious minds want to know... ya know? lol
I botted 3 accounts for 24 hrs a day for 3 days levelling on alliance and got a temp ban at exactly 3 days. They let it go at 3 days and i've been a little more careful after that, usually only doing it for 12-15 hrs per day. But anyway, regarding this issue, all you can really do is deny, deny, deny. Because they know you are playing 7 accounts on one IP address, I'm guessing. Chances are, if you deal with them one at a time, the repeal people won't go too far in depth about the charges. If they caught you botting and selling gold, then you're chances are less. If this is your 2nd or more suspension/ban on your IP address, then your chances are less. Etc etc.
