I'm trying to figure out what's going on. I bought the one day key to try this bot out (reminds me alot of innerspace that I programmed for, so that's awesome), but I can't get it to attach. I get a .NET error every time I click the attach button. Downloaded .NET 4, VS2010 and SP1.

I've had no issues with MG or Riftminion attaching and working and I'm at a bit of a loss. I will post a pick as right now it shows that the bot is already running but I have no GUI.

      Weird,

      Bladedss

I can't just switch my OS to 32-bit... I have 8 gigs of RAM and that would be ridiculous if the other bots work in 64-bit. ;)

It works fine for me on Win 7 64-bit so it must be something setup related on your end. Wish I had any idea what would cause that :(

64 bit works fine dont make such ridiculous assumptions. Make sure you go into the properties of each dll and make sure its unblocked and make sure you run rift and ryftomate as admin.

I had no problems at all. I ran as admin both rift and ryftomate.

I was not talking about the 64 bit version of windows. I'm running Windows 7 x64 myself with no problems. I was talking about the 64 bit versions of MS Visual C++. And i was also not making a "ridiculous" assumption but relaying information that had been related from other users in this post: http://www.ryftomate.com/support-issues/209-could-not-start-bot.html#post1300 regarding the x64 versions of these files not working with Ryftomate.

Edit: No, I'm gonna be nice.

I've never had any problems with mine either on win7x64, although I do have .NET framework 4 already since I have VS2010 installed.

follow the guide and you should not have problems on Win 7 64 bit

      Ryftomate supports it

When you downloaded the ZIP -> right click the Zip and go to properities

If there is an "Unlock" button, Unlock the zip and then unpack it in an new folder
