I was under the assumption that Hawker offered refunds contingent upon being unsatisfied with the product, am I not correct? Well if that's the case, I have just been banned and therefore am unsatisfied with the product and want my refund. Thank you.

You knew what you were doing was against the ToS and that getting a ban was a possibility, just as I did. When you click the start button on the bot all responsibility is now in your hands. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.
I am merely invoking a phrase that was stated by the developers themselves. I understand the risk, however unsatisfaction is unsatisfaction. It is the developers who should be careful before tossing such terms and phrases, not myself as the consumer, I am in my right to ASK for a refund.
basically, I botted and I got banned thats my fault. Nobody forced me to purchase or use Ryftomate. I have enjoyed the game though, so will probably buy a new account and just play by hand. Something I have not done in Many MMOs in awhile. But was playing Rift by hand last night and was still enjoyable, I will just miss the Plat and Supplies I had gathered.

If you went out and bought a pair of skates for this specific park but the parks closed for good therefore you have no use for product you JUST purchased, as consumers wouldnt you want a refund for it? you dumb shyt
for one yes botting is ILLEGAL.... you are doing something ILLEGAL upon terms u agreed to... and for 2 a pair of skates arent solely usable at one park ... lol so ur reference made no sense and u fail go read the fucking EULA for the game and tell me again your doing nothing illegal... people and thinking there ignorance makes it less illegal is stupid... if they really wanted... i am sure they could take you to court for agreeing to terms of service and violating them.... If you are detected using Ryftomate, your account will be suspended or banned completely. Question: Is Ryftomate detectable? Answer: There are two methods of detection for Ryftomate or any other third-party tool: 1) The game itself detects the software by searching memory using a variety of scans. The current version of Ryftomate is not known to be detected by these methods. However, it is technically possible for Trion to change their detection scheme, if they come up with a new way to detect Ryftomate. This risk cannot be avoided, as the game client can update any time. 2) You can also be detected by a human observing you and noting repeated patrols, robotic behavior, etc. This can largely be avoided by always staying near your computer while gliding. Be careful to avoid areas with lots of obstructions and thoroughly test profiles before leaving the bot to work unattended. Unattended automated play is always risky and should not be done in busy areas for a long time and you should test any profile thoroughly before trusting it.
