Welcome to the world of MMORPG hacking. You're only unsatisfied because you lost something through gambling. Every time you use anything that you KNOW is a bannable offense, you are WILLINGLY taking the risk. Give some time for the devs to figure out how they were detected and we'll be good to go again and most likely will not get detected through that again. I'm sure subs will be extended for the duration of the downtime, there shouldn't be any need for refunds though. That's like going to mcdonalds 20 times a week and then asking for a refund because you threw up from malnutrition.

FFS guys have some fucking manners. These guys offer us a fair priced bot, work their asses off to offer the best product in that respect on the market as of now and present a disclaimer that warns us of potential bans and you wanna backstab them like this? Even if you would want to get your money back, I couldn't think of any legal principle whatsoever that would allow you to do so. Fair Priced bot? Where? I bought the 1 month for 9-10 euros? That's far from cheap for me, I bought the wow honorbuddy for 20 euros total, and I still haven't got banned there after using it for 1 year, but here I get banned within 1 week.. There's no coincident, it's played, either some of Ryftomate leaked out to Trion, or Trion just forced them to give some information.
"leaked out to Trion". I lol'd. I'm quite certain that someone from Trion was one of the first purchasers of Ryftomate. If you think that Trion, or any other MMORPG developer, doesn't purchase copies of any/all botting/hacking programs that are publicly available you are living in a serious state of denial.
Yeah I think someone's smoking the bad crack. Compared to similarly featured bots on the market, its a fair price. Trion can't force the team to do anything by the way. What they can do is implement various functions in their game to search for things that the bot does. It'll only be a matter of time until similar bots are targeted. If you'd used GB/HB from the start, I'm pretty sure there was a similar banwave - once. The buddy/mate team are really good at learning from their mistakes - for rift they were thrown a curveball (like *all* wow bots when warden was implemented) that was unexpected, so not entirely planned for.
My imput on this matter is the devs are not going to give you a refund, they have allready stated they will grant you the lost days back on your keys i believe? (may need dev to 100% clear that up as i think i read it) your subscription will then continue from when they release the next riftomate version. if they were pulling the programme and not releaseing any further, i believe you would possibly have a case for a refund, but seeing as they are continueing to provide you with the product and refunding you lost days by extending your subscription, to me this is fair. Lost account? tough shite, shouldnt of used the product.
