I have recovered a many WOW accounts and sold them off after a ban. The best way to get an account back is FRIENDLY PRESISTENCE!!! Make it seem like it really matters to you. Be firm and apologetic. Work out a nice series of friendly emails and get them to give you the phone number. Then stick to your story/excuse. Call early in the morning. And always be mindfull of your attitude. I know you dont think you have an attitude but you do... yes you... you have an attitude. Dont be overly apologetic admit you was wrong and move on. If you get shot down ask to speak to a supervisor. If they say that they are the supervisor then ask to speak to thier boss. If still no sucess then try the next day. Someone will evetually feel sorry for you buy your story and reinstate you. If at first you dont succed try and try again. That doesn't work as the poeple(hotline) can't unban your account they just create a ticket with your problem and refer it to the account management. And you are not able to get in contact with them directly to tell them a super sad story.
