      I got the suspend/banned thing when logging in, haven't received my e-mail yet, so I sent one to appeals@trionworlds.com, and still haven't gotten a reply.

      Now here's my question, I paid for 6 months upfront so I would get the grandfathered in $9.99/month, will I get my money compensated? I was going to log into my account on the riftgame.com but it says my account is banned on there so I guess my other option would be to call them... Ugh.

      I don't think they will give you back ur money. They will simpley let it run for 6 months, I mean they aren't responsible for your actions. Basically it's your loss

      I just called them and asked them why my account was banned and they have no idea, and had to do a ticket to appeals as well, lol. Awesome, so now I have to wait. The representative on the phone was like, "Error 2003? We've never even heard of that, well I'm very sorry for this, and I'm going to do everything in my power to get this ban lifted."

      They won't charge you, that, unlike all the other crap on this forum people are calling 'illegal' would in fact be illegal (at least in the UK).

      Or sorry I may have misread, do you mean you have paid the full 6 months which is like what? £40 or so? If that's the case then no, you probably won't get that back although you'd have a very good case to get the offset of the payment refunded, I don't think Trion is that unreasonable.

      I finally got an e-mail back on the matter and I feel like I am getting the go around... First I call them and they say, "Ohh so sorry to hear that, but we can't do anything about it over the phone, but here let me open a ticket for you and you should be e-mailed from our account suspension department." So the e-mail I got said, "You should be able to be reimbursed for the paid time that you will not be playing, call the support line and speak to the account suspension department." What the hell? LOL!

      they perma banned all accounts? havent received an email yet...

      I didn't get an e-mail, until I e-mailed them, then they responded with oh yeah you're perma banned for 3rd party program. Pretty much it's luck of the ban stick, some people got 24 hours, most got perma ban.

      hm ok... what email do they have to contact them? i cant even log on my account management.. it says acc deactivated
