      I have purchased the subscription but I have recieved a key it worked the first day but after the banwave was in effect and everything now it says my key has expired on the 20th when I have the yearly subscription along with the 90 day subscription that I am as well trying to get sorted out and get a refund or something for the 90 day subscription

      yup, getting the same message, key has expired, bought 2 30 day keys, neither is working.

      Just checked one of my 2 keys and it was still not working for me. I'll shoot you off an email with the keys and my receipt emails.

      Got the same error bought a 30 day key at 30. may and it shows off expired although you stated that you will extend all keys by 30 days o_O

      There seems to be multiple users that are having issues with expired keys

      Log? There is no log file, it won't even connect to the servers to start generating a log.

      I just got home from work and tried both again, neither is functioning again.

      I get a message saying the key has expired and gives me the date it expired. Hawker has said multiple times that keys would be extended if they have expired during the down time, which is the case with both of the keys I purchased.

      I sent you an email with the keys. Would really appreciate this getting looked into.

      that helped me a lot, now i found out why it does not work, blame our devs once again

      ok, they are working now. Can you email me how long I have left on my keys now, bossland? Or was 30 additional days added?
