Key is invalid

I downloaded the bot from here, tried to start it using the same key i used to activate on this site, and now it says key invalid.

Is this asap? I dont mean to be rude but I bought the product and now I have been waiting over 24 hours to use it.

If this problem is not fixed by tomorrow morning im probably going to have to ask for a refund.

I bought 24hours just to try this bot out.... now since there is a patch I will have to wait? My 24hours are ticking..

 

They have been refunding peoples time due to down times. I'm not 100% sure if they still are, I wouldn't be surprised if they restore your time that has been lost.

 

who can i contact in regards to a refund? anyone know?

 

Not sure about refunds, but I just got confirmation from the Admins that they are extending time due to the outage with the server patch.

 

Guys please be patient. it takes 12-24 hours to get the bot up and running each time Trion patches the game. Do note ... we give you guys 1 day of time each time that the bot is down. If we could make it faster - we would, but it takes time.

Believe me, we hate the patches as much if not more than you do ... it takes away valuable development time (who wants questing done? i do! )

 

I just don't know why someone couldn't take 1 minute to throw me a new key that works.

I'm sitting here 48 hours later with nothing, meanwhile 3 admins have been in this thread and commented...

 

That's likely because a new key will do nothing for you right now. The program itself has to be revised in order for it to function correctly after a patch. A key would let you get into it, then you would be stuck in the program without being able to use it. I figure (just guessing) they are waiting to address your problem until after the program works again, that way they can get you what you need and you would actually be able to use it.

 

What a key would do is give me piece of mind.

If it was fixed now, when the bot is up and running I would be as well.

Outside perspective is a whole lot different then the perspective of who it may be happening to.

This is where real customer support can shine in their decision making.

 

Only bossland can mess with keys. I am just a mod. As soon as the bot is up and running and Rift doesn't patch right away... we're more than happy to send you another key / update your key w/ more time

 

Resent you the key, its pretty fine, you have tried to copy & paste it in ryftomate ?
