i bought the bot last month, but 2day is the first day using it ( bot was offline cause the banwave and bla bla bla) , now when i try to attach my toon ( yes , the bot found my toon name ) , i receive this msg , could not start bot.... any help plz...

i did the steps all again and now i receive the msg when i try to access the key windows ( padding is invalid and cannot be removed)
