      Lol mine is more hilarious (this is the only email that I've gotten). Love the "you can continue playing"

      They gave me both the subscription and the price of the game as a refund so I really don't care. This game is beat anyway if you can't bot.

      After contacting customer support, it turns out that my account did get "hacked" so I have to call them to verify ownership.

      They just did same to me, except the account I was using wasn't mine originally.

      Email said 24 hour suspension, but is banned for Suspicious activity. They gave me the 14.99 back that I used to fund it a couple weeks ago.

      But unfortunately as it wasnt my account I cant call their support to get it recovered.

      I too just received a refund of my full purchase price. That was what? a week after the ban? it seems to me something happened. they broke some rule when they did this (which is different than the previous time)... I didnt get a refund before. Why this time?
