invalid account details

i keep typing my information into the login of honorbuddy, i just purchased the bot, and have not used it yet... i put in at first the key code with no pw it activated then closed, when i opened up following i then put in my login info now its saying, "shared sessions 0/0 invalid account details authentication failed", ive tryed several times loged into forums and also the website to manage my keys and nothing is helping, please any suggestions

 

Same here on buddy auth it says I have an unactive/unused key and I can't figure out where in the hell to activate the damn thing.

 

some users have to login into Hb with the key and not username password i think.

 

When i log in i only use my serial and no password, so it looks like this

Example:

USERNAME : 782DYGTYGA376128GDUA <---- The serial key you received when purchasing honorbuddy
PASSWORD :

make sure there is no space at the end of the password. sometimes if you copy and paste it will copy a space

 

hey i am searching like an hour for a solution but cant find it anywhere on the forum
i got 6 sessions and i would like to log in with a username/password
cause otherwise i am not able to run all 6 (using arelog)

and i copy/pasted the shit out of the username/pw

 

yeah but after 3 sessions it uses the last one what means --> max sessions
and i want to use 6 sessions how am i to get it to run without username/pw? and why doesnt the buddy auth login work?
need one key for 6 sessions...
