Since 4.3 Hbs CPU usage has increased really bad for me.
Before Patch 4.3 I could run 13 wows+bots and all wows were aorund 30-40 fps and I could still browse with firefox and such.
Now I can barely run 10 bots at the same time and with 10 bots wow runs wih 10-20 fps and I cant do anything else on the Computer.
On an AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE oc to 4x3.6 GhZz some HB porcesses even take up to 8 or 10% of CPu which is definitly too much.
In the release thread you can notice a lot of other users but there hasnt been an answer from the devs yet.

So please look into Hb as its very annoying and it really lessens my profits.

I have the same problem. AMD X4 635. 60-80 % cpu usage before the patch and now ~100 % (7 Bots). This is very annoying because I need to work on this pc ^^.

I have the same CPU, I was seeing some FPS lag in one of the releases but now I'm not seeing any FPS lag but it does look to be asking more then usual on the CPU, I have mine at 3.7GHz.

set your max fps when in background to 10, then it uses very little cpu.

Once you click one of the windows it will shoot back upto 60 instantly :p doesnt really affect you if its in the background and also download "gamebooster"

Of course the FPS should be set low. In my case the value is always set low. This does not solve the problem. HB takes too much.

Just saying 'same here with AMD XXX' or 'no problems here with XXX' is practically meaningless. For it to help the discusson at all, you would have to provide some additional details - at the very minimum, you should include which CPU, how much memory you are using and how many Wow/bot instances you are running at one time.

And more info is even better: what video card(s), what operating system, what kind of hard drive (IDE, SATA, SSD...), how much CPU load you were experiencing before and how much now (approx)

It won't necesarily help to determine what is causing the increased load, but it would at least help to quantify it.

I had the same with HB, it just took me 80% CPU.
      But i found a solution.

Just disable unused plugins, not needed. Buddy center takes soo much CPU, try it. Now HB takes about 25% CPU.

WOW! Setting Background FPS to 10 is amazing :D....
CPU usage went down to 20% from 80%
