For some reason I can't log into the bot anymore. It was working a couple of weeks ago and now it keeps saying authentication failed. I popped over to the buddyauth site and it lets me log in just fine over there. Any help is much obliged! Forgot to mention that I do have the latest version of HB installed and everything is up to date!
you are an old username based customer you have to use the same login info as here Bossland GmbH (shop)
Thanks for the quick reply Tony. One more problem, I don't even have the slightest clue as to what that login info would be. I have the original email I used to purchase but that's it.
hmmm...if you remember the email you used there and the username you can reset your pass here Bossland GmbH but if you dont you must send us an email at support@thebuddyforum.com including all the available payment info and we will check it asap
So i almost have the same problem so i will use this one to tell about my problem! So i am lifetimer to, but I had a few weeks break from wow and now im back! But i cant rly log into the bot! I just reset the password, but i still cant log in! Maybe I have to wait for some min and it will be back on track?
Yes Tony! I can log in there! Im using the same when im trying to log into the new HB! Still dont work
the info there is the same with the bot info check the invoices tab,probably your Hb is expired whats the exact error you get on bot?
