I've tried 6 different Whiptail profiles for GB2 and every one of them passes all the Whiptail. I've tried having only whiptail selected and I have tried everything selected. It just keeps passing them. I recently upgrading to the new HB. Here is my log.
Yes it picked up a few, but look at how many times I had to stop HB to go and manually grab nodes it was missing.
probably these nodes are blackspoted on the profile or another player was near to them let the profile run for some time on what area are you?
I'm in Ulduum, I've ran multiple profiles and I don't go AFK while I use HB. I watch it for an hour before I go AFK. I've not seen anyone around while I was farming Whiptail. I also noticed while I was flying to Ulduum that it HB was stopping to grab herbs I had unselected in the Nodes selection. I had to stop it and manually fly there myself. I have restarted my PC and reloaded HB a few times.
I have it running right now, your profile and I just watched it pass 5 Whiptail nodes. I can screen shot it for you if you like, showing no one but me around it. I can also screenshot standing next to it with HB on.
I've done that a few times, tried it after a clean restart of the PC as well. I'm going to redownload HB and see if that fixes it.
