I've written a email to that address and a few follow up messages, and also a PM directly to Hawker. I haven't received response in 6 days.. and the only written response I did receive was I responded with my purchase date and key attached. I'm just confused, and still waiting response. thank you..
good news and bad news, the good news is we are fully aware of the issue, and we are going to respond to it as soon as possible, the bad news is, its Christmas, all the developers and bossland, are busy with their family's but as soon as someone gets back that can take care of the issue, we will take care of it. please be patient.
