I got a 48 hr suspension yesterday for "Third Party Program", ticketed it and said I hadn't done anything wrong or used any third party software etc (had botted for like 20hrs with Gatherbuddy when I got banned, I think - was not home).
The answer was quick and it said: "When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. ............. Following a review of your case, we can confirm that such program has been used on several occasions by your account, and that the subsequent action taken is appropriate. We would not look to enter into any further communications on this issue as the matter is now considered closed."

      Any thoughts on this?

A 20 hour botting spree is not really a safe thing to do. I doubt they have seen that you've used a bot.

Blizzard can not scan your ram. You got a suspension that's it, I wouldn't fight it. Lay low.
