they work for me, the settings are very simple a small child could do it. In talented all you need to do is click settings in the plugins menu and select which build you want... autoequip2 doesn't even need configuring. I'm guessing by your lack of information that you want to know how to load the plugins... just download the plugin you want and then drag and drop that folder into the plugins folder where Honorbuddy installation is (Honorbuddy.exe), then Load up Honorbuddy and Click Plugins and then it should be there. Click recompile if you can't see it.
