I have a single use key, of the sort you simply put the key in the username, and login. The simplicity is great, but I've run into a problem. I bot along with a real life friend, and he's managed to take my key from me. I would like to resecure my key where he can't use it, but seeing as though it doesn't require a password, I can't lock it to prevent him from using it. How should I go about trading in my key for a new one, or locking him out?
send a e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com and request a new key, include your old one, use the same e-mail address as the one you used to buy honorbuddy so we can make sure its you.
you shouldn't be sharing your key... thats why blizz says do not share your account ... because people are greedy and steal from you
Kick, I didn't share it, he took it. Hence the wording...He was over at my house one day and I asked him to start my bot for me, so he probably took a picture of my key with his phone. On another note, I love your profiles.
Far from a loyal friend. I'd just DDoS him every time I want to bot, with or without checking if he's using the bot. Then, when I'm not botting, just code a script to constantly kill the session on buddy auth so he can never get anything done.
Not a clue, I'd be pissed off (Not enough to not call him a friend, just pissed off) if he took my key and when I said "Seriously, get off it now" and he did. If he didn't after that, I'd go full QQ mode.
