I bought HB a couple days ago and it has worked well until a couple hours ago. After I put in my key and log in to honor buddy the bot window does not show up, but it appears on my task bar. When I click the icon nothing happens. Any suggestions?
check your systray. also, make sure if you have grouped windows, another window didn't open behind it and is waiting for you to interact with it first.
It appears in the system tray but it won't open the window. When I mouseover it on the task bar it says it is connected with and ID number as well. The bot window just seems to be invisible.
if you have aero peek enabled, mouse over it on your taskbar and see if you see the window preview. if you do, mouse over the preview, right click and select move. now press any arrow key and then move your mouse and you should see HB. could be wrong, but it sounds like it somehow got moved outside your viewable area.
This is the second instance i have heard of this happening. Think it happened to G as well. Bug need fixing?
I do not have aero peek enabled, And I deleted my UIsetting file but it says I have max sessions, gonna wait about 15 minutes and try again. I'll edit this post with result. edit: It still isn't working after deleting the UIsetting. Not sure what else to do
it happens to me all the time, what you need to do is hover your mouse over the icon, right click and click minimize, then go to the far right where your icons are, and double click it, it will come back up. its a pain but it has something to do with hb being minimized and closed while minimized/position settings in your character config file. delete your character config file and that should fix it also.
in uisettings_.xml change these params... <MainWindowLocationX>-32004</MainWindowLocationX> <MainWindowLocationY>-32023</MainWindowLocationY> If there are negative values edit them to something positive. i had the same problem and this solved it,...
also make sure its not minimized to the task bar. sometimes that happends as well, just double click it.
