Was farming up some ore in Uldam and kept getting disconnected so I decided to go to Twilight, keep in mind I am farming while waiting for que, so I am physically there, had the bot running for just a few hours then qued up for End Time, last boss disconnected mid fight found out I was Banned. I will open a ticket to try and retrieve the account, but not sure what will happen. I just got Honor Buddy a few days ago and got banned , just an early warning for some, I am not sure if Blizz is finding new ways to detect HB. Hopefully I get the account back and honestly I feel if it were not for botter there would be no wow economy and the market would crash. But any hooo, it happens, just gotta "Ha Kuna Matata" this shit.
Permanent Ban Unfortunately after contacting blizz, they decided not to reverse their decision and my account is permanently banned, it happens tho. I would like to say that I am pissed but I am actually relieved, I can now focus on playing SWTOR. WOW started to get old and repetitive. Definately unlucky, use HB for a few hours only to get banned permanently, it sounds like someone reported me and a GM probably did a follow up, so heads up to those out there.
You can submit an appeal a max of 3 times and each 1 u will get a diff GM. Just hope a diff gm decides differently
Just two now. At least on my second ban it was two. 1st: An additional review of the previously communicated action taken against the World of Warcraft account __ has been completed. Unfortunately, we have confirmed our initial findings. The account action will not be reversed or amended. 2nd: After an additional thorough review of the action taken against this account, we regret to inform you that we have arrived at the same conclusion and the account action will not be removed under any circumstances. 3rd: This penalty has already been upheld. (default one for any appeal after AFAIK) Irony is this account actually was somewhat fair, it only used HB to level up year ago, and was caught on gold trading 2 months ago (ez unban). And despite i was trying hard to get some clues what triggered banhammer this time - i got nothing in response. Reason in my mailbox was RMT, and despite i did not trade any gold anyone since first unban - banhammer landed. edit: nvm im stupid its 3 total lol. initial ban and two reviews after. Well and seeing so much reports there is def something going on, So at least i can add that i was banned on two accounts as well and i wasnt using Woots stuff and wasnt using gb at all lol. Just some occasional mills and prospects with HB and Allrounder... well and Arelog.
