I have been using honorbuddy for probably about a month now. The problem I am running into seems to more or less be base line across all bots and profiles. At first when I set up everything it would fly in a very smooth fashion as to not look like a bot. It would land on nodes and immediately gather them then immediately mount up and fly away with almost no time between actions. When running quest bot or grind bot the cc profiles would kick in and it would use all of the abilities within a gcd and it would run great. About a week ago I noticed that when it was flying it would stop at each waypoint for 10 seconds looking very choppy. Additionally when it would land to gather a node, it would land on the node, run past it, fly back to it then black list it. This is in every profile and every zone. Also my cc profiles seem to be lagging, seconds between casts and things of the such. I actually did a fresh install of it this week which seems to alleviate the issue and was even running a bit smoother then the first clean install. Well after a few days it was back to not gathering properly or engaging the cc profiles properly anymore. I tried 3 more fresh installs essentially starting completely fresh and have had no luck. Any suggestions?
same thing happens to me. Also for me if it gets attacked by a mob for the first 30 minutes or so it works properly and kills the mob but i can't afk it because after awhile it just stops attacking, but it won't run away either it just stands there getting hit until it dies, this wasn't a problem before but now that I'm in a higher level area it gets very frustrating. Am I doing something wrong or is this just how the bot functions?
danduh you need to get a different CC As for the OP try clearing your //WoW Install Folder//Cache// folder, just delete everything in there. Also did you start running any extra wow addons of plugins in honorbuddy?
how do I set up a new CC ? do I have to do it manually or are there profiles already out? sorry i'm new so I don't exactly know how to set everything up properly, I just got this about 2 days ago already happy with it, just need to figure out all the kinks. =\

I didn't put any logs in because my logs actually show the bot working perfectly. Its mainly the fact that is just delaying everything it does. It's not posting any errors or anything for the delays. Between waypoints it just sits there and between spell casts there are a few seconds. Its just not running smoothly. I will try deleting the cache later and see if that helps. I read the whole beginners thread and read through alot of support threads but does not appear as though anyone else has encountered this exact issue. This went away with a fresh install of honorbuddy without touching the cache folder in wow. I am not sure if they are related but I will try and report back. Seems like an odd behavioral problem to have.
yea, but if a plugin is running at every pulse that would case it to lag you out, and shudder. so we need a log to help find the problem.
Here is a log from a profile a ran for just a few minutes. It was actually landing properly this time around but doing everything with a delay still.
Yes. I tried a fresh install from scratch 3 times in the past few days. this happened a week or 2 ago to me and a fresh install fixed it. Now no matter how many fresh installs I do it does not improve.
I went to run it today to post a log and now its running fine. Is there anything you may have noticed or any known issues that would cause lag. I have not changed anything at all in wow or honorbuddy since the last time it ran choppy.
