1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account? Both

2)If so, when was the last time?: Just before the ban [was online when it happened]

3)What profile were you using?: Kicks' Questing profiles and ArchaeologyBuddy to hit 85. Banned while using Gatherbuddy, various Uldum profiles.

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: Singular

5)What plugins are you using?: All the plugins Kick's says to enable

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 8-16 depending on the day [only botted while awake]

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? Always had them at least passively monitored either with Teamviewer or looking at the bots every 15-20 minutes. Never left them to go on their own without some way to monitor them at semi-regular intervals.

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: 8-50. Banned accounts were processing raw mats into expensive items [Darkmoon Cards, Flasks, and PvP gear]

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No.

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No.

10)EU or US realm? US [3 different realms]
      ---
All 3 accounts were banned simultaneously, even though 5 other accounts were running on that IP address. I'm suspecting it was related to using RoutesBuddy routes and/or profiles posted on the forums. Those 3 accounts had done Uldum gathering with a public profile, while 2 others had only done gathering in Mt. Hyjal and Vashj'ir. Each one got unbanned fairly quick [5-15 minutes after putting in a ticket], since the bans were due to Abusing the Economy, even though the accounts had never sent gold to anybody else, and had less than 100k on each.

So you have 8 accounts and aren't involved in gold selling?

More of an FYI - If you're using teamviewer on an iPhone to remote in, I highly suggest CrazyRemote. When you connect in remotely, it automatically lowers your resolution to 1024x768 to allow for better remote framerates. It also has a 'WASD' overlay interface as well as other keyboard overlays to let you do just about anything that you could do sitting at the keyboard. I kid you not, I just performed an entire escort quest remotely from my iPhone because HB was having trouble completing the quest itself. The framerates you get are so much more than I've ever seen with any other remote control app.

Judging by his join date and comparing it to my own situation, he isn't involved in gold selling 'yet'.

      I have 6 accounts, but haven't sold any gold....yet.

the question is: was THIS account involved?
if u transfer the gold to the guild bank, to a vanilla account, to someone who sells for you ... than THIS account is not involved ;)

I actually have more than 20 accounts ;p. But I'm not involved in gold selling until I can make some big sells to pay off all the WoW accounts and get new keys to restart if it ends badly.

something that i plan to do is when i'm ready to sell is use my phone as a IP address and then sell that way if i get in trouble then i can just say i was hacked sense it's not the normal IP used. unless everyone thinks that won't work

Maybe slightly off-topic but what method of appealing works best? (Phone? Ticket? E-mail - which?)

I opened a support ticket on the battle.net accounts that were banned. Just play dumb, tell them you were just farming gold to buy BoE epics so a raiding guild would take you in, or saving up for the expansion. Basically make sure your ticket addresses the following 3 things:

      1) Make sure you are questioning why you were banned, play dumb.
      2) Point out WHY your account was generating so much gold instead of doing other things.
      3) Don't be aggressive, be questioning/passive.
