Mining slow

when i start bot i put profile for uldum mining when bot founds a mine its going on top of it wating 10- 15 sec and then starting to mine is this normal? this happens every time
 
I see the delay in the logs but don't see the cause... hopefully Tony or someone else can spot something.
 
try a new Hb installation from scratch and let me know plz
