Seems that you didnt ever read any guides. DirectX11 is not supported, set it to DirectX9 and it will work fine. For any other questins look at the guides section first.

open the profile with a text editor and change <QuestOrder IgnoreCheckPoints="True" > -- True to False (hint: open the profile in notepad & 'find' )
