Keep trying, however, if they threaten to suspend your account for longer just stop. I got my old account perm banned because I kept messaging game masters like "I'M BORED, WANNA CHAT!?!?!1" like every time they stopped talking to me. This is back in WOTLK when they replied in like 2 minutes.
Oh it was 72hrs, and they are claiming it was a Guaranteed Third-Party program? Yeah BS Blizzard. If they knew 100% they would have banned it completely. I'd say give it 1 last attempt to get it back, then just call them back and be like well shit, I guess if I can't play my account that I worked hard on for X amount of years giving my life away to you guys, and paying you to do it, then I won't be coming back. SWtoR just came out, and I need some new kind of gameplay. Thanks for sealing the deal. I'll be sure to let all my guildies know that I'm switching so they can come also. I don't recommend you doing that, believe you me. I use to work as a part-time GM for some private server (Not WoW, but it paid so I didn't really care). The amount of kids yelling at me like "IF YOU DON'T UNBAN MY ACCOUNT I'LL QUIT" was at-least 10 a day. And that was a private server, think about a full retail game like World of Warcraft!
activison ruined my game, ive told them before ide perma-quit. they said sorry for the inconvenience, thats it. and it was my first account incident since wrath, they must of heard. im just pissed off that for 1) im 10k down on gold, 2) im banned, and 3) ive got fuckall to do, time to install SWTOR and make use of the 3 days im banned for.
i atually gave teh chap his money back yes it wasnt intentional but iwas commenting anout a post above yours abaccount if he gets his old one back
