      so i just download my HB and this is what show up. i also try and download the latest net framework. like idk why but i cant see the text all im seeing is the square boxes.

      all windows updates are installed?

      yes i have all my window updated and i also try and redownload HB

      i have seen it in the past and if i remember well its a fonts issues
      are you on English Windows?

      give this a shot and see if it helps


      1. Open a new Explorer window and navigate to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\
      2. Delete the file called FontCache3.0.0.0.dat.
      3. Restart your computer

      i have no more ideas about this issue,sorry

      i have seen it in the past one 2 users and they did a new OS installation to fix it :(
