[Skinning] Twillight Highlands 84+

Hi all

My first profile
This will farm savage leather and blackened dragonscale in twillight highlands in the obsidian forest.
I made both horde and alliance versions and another version that kills the stags and wolves in the zone surrounding the obsidian scar as well as the dragons, might be preferable to some, less people in the surroundings and only leather.

If your a rogue i suggest not using ambush or garrote as opener, as there's a lot of mobs already in combat with npc's and it tends to get stuck for a little bit sometimes trying to garrote/ambush from in front.

Also if you use the extended version, beware there's a large pack of wolves patrolling around.. you very rarely encounter them(depends on luck i guess) but they are quite hard to kill if you do.

Can you give me a rough estimate about how much leather per hour this generates? I was using a newer Uldum profile all day today and only got about 22 stacks of Savage.

 

hmm you get both leather and scales, can't remember the ratio.. but got around 90-110 kills per hour

Bot Problem

im using the extended skinning bot but it seems to just fly past all mobs why is this? sorry im quite new to honorbuddy

 

doesnt seem this one wants to sell or mail when inv full

Used it tonight ..103 kills /h , mailed everything to my bank alt, and vendor all the crap ...works great! If its possible, adding a mechanism that drinks like Potion of Treasure Finding, which gives a extra profit .that would be cool But thanks

 

i am new to honorbuddy, and i dont know what setting i should use i am using combat bot. it dosnt work if i use gatherbuddy2

 

works well so far, a real money-maker here.

 

testing this works great, but in this area my char sometimes get stuck in same places need to babysit it

 

it is a grind profile

 

test it with hunter (A) he kills mob?s but doesent skin it can anyone tell me why?

 

Do you have "skin mobs" checked?

I am using grindbot and he wont skin. And i cannot find any option that has an option to hell him to skin or not.
Sorry im having an noob moment

 

154 loots per hour for me, alliance normal version/ 85 warrior.
