[Beta] Multi-profile for farming with GB2

any solution for this?

 

tip for new users: if for one reason PB is doing everything OK, but he doesnt gather, just ignore and keep flying. u have to check in gatherbuddy2, it may be disable to mining and herb there..

hmm druids can't change to flight form while swimming can they? If so then you either need to set FlyingMount in HB settings to a normal flying mount or complete most of the quests if you want to farm in Vashjir )

 

I don't what i am doing wrong but i have selected the farmer and the banker for the multi bot, and i have also selected the zones for it to farm in but when ever i start the bot my farmer just sits there and does nothing is there something i am missing to get this to work or what?

have problems with vashjir,

after spawning at the boat, the bot swims up, flys to the middle of abyssal depths and stops....

yea, something is wrong with the waypoints, can i set my own waypoints in the Multiprofile.xml or its a general problem with HB and vashjir?

Seems there's an issue with the trunk, specifically the SVN.cs file.

You have to manually edit the file.

Replace this line: return "346";

With: return "348";

The trunk is at version 348 but the file still says it;s at version 346. So at each check he will download the "updated" trunk.

BE WARNED: Your computer might explode if you do this, I won't take any blame for it.

 

PB shouldn't be updating everytime if svn didn't change since last check, but I'll double check to make sure. If you made modifications then you should rename the file/s or move them out of the Honorbuddy folder.

How would I add my own custom profiles to be used with this? The overall idea of this is Awesome! I use to have the same thing with Pirox, but like most public profiles I have found myself, more than i care to count, in a conga line with other botters. So I am wondering how i can incorporate my own custom profiles in this. Do I simply replace the profiles in each zone folder? Do they have to be named the same thing? I noticed that some zone folder have 2 profiles, one mining, and one mining+herb. Would both of these need to replaced if I am mining & herbing, or only the one that is for mining+herb.

couldnt seem to find an answer by looking in this thread. is it possible to keep the banker in lets say Undercity for posting auctions n stuff like that? as orgrimmar is insanely slow on my realm atm.

 

Trying to make it work without the portals but I keep failing.
So I renamed the file to my server and I've changed the portal for Twilight Highlands to:

Basically I thought that this would just make the bot fly to Twilight Highlands and start the Twilight Highlands farming profile. It worked fine once but it keeps resetting the profile and I just get:
Flying to location : (0,0,0) and then obviously the bot dies becuase it flies into the sea.

How do I keep it from erasing what I changed? Or just how do I make the bot fly to twilight highlands instead of just using the portal? Have I edited the bot in the wrong place? I am fairly bad at LUA.

the name of profile doesn't mater. Basically Multiprofile will get a list of all files with the .xml extension in the Zone subfolder and then randomly use one of them.
