When HB is down can you still log in to it ?

Hi i'm new to this so i got to ask, just got hb today but since its patch day i'm not sure if its just me who cant log in to hb .
the problem i have is when i try to log in it says authentication failed, is that normal when hb is down and do any of you know when hb will be back up ?

GB1 is down too since this morning's patch update. I'm hoping a new version will be released soon, so I can get back to mining/herbing.

 

Theres already way too many posts about this issue. If you read arround on the forum you would notice that no one can login to HB yet. Its down.
Read the offical post and comments.

 

Yes i know no one can log in but my question is just if its normal that i get this 'authentication failed' when i try?

 

Everyone gets that. so yes its normal. nothing to worry about.

Yeah theres usually alot of posts about these kind of "problems". Use the search function, and if that doesnt help you then just try to manually search through some of the forum sections and you'll end up with an answer to your problem in most cases.
