Hello, my friend is having severe password problems for his actual bot login. I got his password and entered it in on buddyauth, it was incorrect. So i recovered his password, he recieved the email, reset and changed it. Now he can log into buddyauth, however not onto his actual bot! He can no longer log onto this forum, his password here has been changed for some weird reason? What do we do? we cannot find any contact emails or anything, please help!
You changed the password when you recovered it? And the password for his bot isnt needed, just the Key which he purchased for the top line of the login box.
where do we find this key? ps. he always used a user name and a password to log into his bot.. now, it says authentication failed. We are able to log into buddyauth, but not the bot itself. We can find a key that he bought a long time ago, for 30 days flying mount, but no other keys are showing up on buddyauth. also - we tried "resend activation code" and it just says no accounts under that email exist, however when we recover the pasword, the email works
ok so where do we find this key thats needed? cause when we go to auth budy it only gives us the 30 days subscription key, where can we find the key initially purchased to log in to the bot?
If you're refering to the key you've got and when you're opening honorbuddy and it says like Key/username:XXXX password: Then leave the password blank
Guys.. what do u mean no password for the bot? when i log into honorbuddy.. there is a tab for username, and a tab for password. i have to enter both, to log in.. There was a time where there was a third column, for a temporary key if needed. But we have always logged on with username and password, and we would appreciate it if someone would tip us on how to recover it.?
For a short time there was also a "key only system". When you bought your account at this time, you received only a key, this key have to be entered as "user" and leave PW blank. That is what we mean.
