Hey guys. I've been boting now 24/7 for like 5 months. On saturday I got my first ban, and it were 72 hours. Tried to get myself out of the situation but they said they had detected Honorbuddy and knew I was boting. I dont know if I've read it or just assumed it, but aint honorbuddy undetectable for the wow team? I know its stupid to bot 24/7 so dont hurang me with it In advance thanks for replies
I cant believe they said, you were using HB. If they knew it you would directly get an permban! I think you can be happy, 5 months all the time botting without ban is great! Wait it out and restart if you dont care abbout this account. Switch to bot 10-16 hours a day and it will be fine!
Pretty sure they didn't tell him it was Honorbuddy. They probably told him that he was suspected of using hacks(botting) that make the game unfair.
Post a screenshot please if they really wrote in an e-mail they detected HB on your account, cant imagine they did they usually just copy and paste and refill the name. Don't bot 24/7 , decrease botting time to 14-16 hours and everything is fine.
They didnt tell me I used HB directly, sorry for saying that right out. They said they knew and had recorded me using 3rd party programs.
standart thing, they always say third party programm, its normal and nothing special. You just got reported from another player. Bot less hours a day may 14-16 its quiete enough.
Yea will do my friend have been reported twice tho, only got 3 hour suspension both times... that was in Bg's tho... but my question was, is honorbuddy detectable for the wow team?
I know poorly cc's and and that stuff is detectable by other players, but gamemasters specific told me that they have detected a third party program. Unless they were 100 % sure they wouldn't take action he said, and that annoys me
they haven't detected shit, the only way they can "detect" anything is if they watch you, and see if your botting. and if that's the case they are going to ban you anyway.
How Blizzard 'detected' the third party program: 1) Someone - anyone - that you came across in the last 5 months (probably more than one) reported you for something. You ran into a building for too long, you ran the same farming route for too long, SOMETHING that made someone think you were a bot - so they reported you. 2) Blizz took the ticked and the first thing they did was look at your account history. I can see it now... ClydeB (blizz GM): "Hmmmm... this person has been online for 24/7 for 5 months other than an occassional reboot. Obviously no human can do that - I've caught myself a bot." *ClydeB sending 72 hour ban to HenrikMo*... Don't make it so easy for Blizz... you're lucky it wasn't a ban rather than a suspension. If you're going to bot for 24/7, then do it with 3 seperate accounts so none of them are on more than a typical human could be. Just my opinion...
Ye thanks for another reply I know its stupid to bot alot and I'm making myself a new farmer at this time
