I sent them an email template already hopefually that works.. I guess next step is to call them?? and be like I have no idea why i was banned today I am unemployed and love to play world of warcraft??? You most certainly triggered some auto ban. Tell them you didnt do what they say you did: exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for "real-world" currency. High chance you get your account back.
ya, i actually got one of these a couple weeks ago when i mailed my alt 200k gold before transferring my main due to only being able to take 50k on a transfer. told them it wasnt selling gold and that it was mailed to an alt of mine on the same account. GM explained to me that it was an automated ban but couldn't reveal anything more than that. deny deny deny. i got my account back in like 30 mins. but then again i was actually wrongfully banned for the first time ever
the message you got is a auto message, it send it at everyone.... just appeal, i got it 2 time in 1 week and always got back my account in less that 1 hr after the ticket
