Question about Elite Edition

Well back in Wotlk I have used Gather Buddy and I remember there was monthly subscription. Also you had to buy program+sub.
If I buy Honor Buddy now for 25 Euros, how much will my subscription least?

untill ether blizzard shuts us down (probably around 3 or 4 years off from that decision from the courts) or WoW Dies, if we last more then 3600 days, then it will be extended.

Oh forgot to ask. Does HonorBuddy have features as Gatherbuddy? I mean, can it gather herbs/mines?
