Ok, so i've talked to a customer representative about this problem and in the middle of the troubleshooting he logged off and stopped responding, I checked my buddyauth and he gave me 2 days to compensate for my problem, but I cant use those 2 days if my account is not fixed. Anyone else have such shitty help from HB's support team? well anyway, What it is doing is when I open the launcher is closes my first program down, I reopen it and it gives me [1:20:48 PM:411] Logging in... [1:20:49 PM:278] Max Sessions [1:20:49 PM:396] Authentication failed Ive tried multiple fixes like killing my session, restarting my computer, deleting and redownloading, pretty much anything you can think of and still nothing, Its obvious i'm not gonna get the help I need from there team so I thought I might as you guys if you have had this same problem and what it took to fix it - Blink
just send an e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com make sure you state directly what the issue is, and not beat around the bush. in the mean time, make sure your using your key as your username with no password to log into honorbuddy. double check and make sure theres no spaces before or after the key.
i am the only person that handles Live Support and there is no way to log off while i am on a case about your problem now are you able to see the sessions on portal?
