HB Crashes while logging in

For the past several days, I am unable to use HB because when I login while my WOW account is logged in, it crashes due to a "The type initializer for "Styx.Helpers.PVPSettings" threw an exception." When I try to send an error report that also doesnt work. Even when I try to reinstall HB, it still gives me the same error. I dont know what else I can do to fix this problem. Thanks :

 

when you reinstall HB are you installing it to a new folder? and after wards, does it start up and run fine till you close it out and restart it?

 

yes i installed it into a new folder. but i will admit, i copied the profiles/cc's over to the new HB folder when i reinstalled it.

EDIT: I am not too sure if i copy over the profiles/ccs if it would cause this problem again. I figure it wouldn't right?

 

dont, make a new fresh install, dont copy anything over.

 

ok, damn thats a pain to redownload all the profiles heheheh

 

the profiles should be fine, but dont copy over more then that, also its probably better you get them anyway as there are probably updates since you last downloaded them.

 

thanks guys. it works now. i reinstalled everything into a new folder and had to download all the profiles. took a while but oh well, as long as i can use it. thanks again!
