I lost 14 accounts today. The last account was banned five minutes ago.All of the account have used HB yesterday. 4 different computers,4 different IP I think they finally detect us. I think its banweave NOW
There is a rule against using the "banwave" word, read it up. You're scaring people by using the word, and it is not a banwave just because a few of you guys got banned. They've flagged your accounts days/weeks/months ago and banned you just now.
A banwave would be if they banned a few thousand accounts, and this so-called wave doesn't even get close. They (most likely) ALWAYS flag multiple people before they ban/suspend users.
its more like a ban speed bump, and fill out a form, so we know what you where doing and look for patterns.
you need to fill this out. http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...orts/6336-form-gb-hb-suspension-ban-form.html
It's your and people like you fault. Since you started botting massively people started noticing it and getting annoyed - more reports - Blizzard more interested in banning people, because the good guys don't want so many people to bot - more people banned. Simple.
Yeah but the source isnt really saying EVERYONE who bots will be banned, only the risk is A LOT higher than normal, which seems to be right if you look at what happened.
Most people are not aware of the term "banwave" and "detection". When we talk about detection, its about the ability of warden to detect a spesific exploit or 3rd party software. This kind of detection may lead to a banwave and affects all the users of the mentioned exploit / 3rd party software who used these in a particular timeframe, even once. This kind of detection may lead to a ban even just by activating the software, not even starting to use or benefit out of it. This is NOT the issue at the moment. There are other detection considerations such as "patterns", patterns include but not limited to : routes, auctioning routines, post count, online period. There is nothing that can protect you from this kind of detection. Be wise about it. The current situation we've been withnessing is just a doubletime on Blizz account and security department (or whatever its called). Its time of the year, day of the month... whatever...
^^ This ^^ There isn't a detection in the bot, its people getting greedy over long periods of time that has been spotted over the passed x months, and now its time for them to give a quick panic scare to remind people that they have to do something about it.
This is NOT a banwave. The OP is just someone who got owned and wants to scare others. Im a VETEREN botter since MMOGLIDER and trust me... if it was a Banwave EVERYONE would have gotten banned.
Wrong.... I had 5 accounts banned 3 weeks ago. Did you notice a "banwave" then? No. You didnt. You know why? Cuz there wasnt one. My time was just finally up. I had been flagged probably far too many times and they said Buh-bye. Had i come on these forums and started yelling banwave then yea people mighta heard about it and said that oh my god your right 5 accts is definately enough for a "banwave". But i said nothing and kept to myself therefore no one got scared and there was no "banwave". Its only a banwave for those who make it one. People lose accts every single day on these forums. Sometimes 1 sometimes 20. One person losing all their accounts does not make it a banwave. It makes them unlucky I feel for the guy who lost his accounts and it sucks when it happens. However there is no need for people to come on here and start "scaring" people with no evidence of said banwave. Now after the forums fill up with 50 posts of lost accounts within a few hours or a day then fine, on that day you can SUSPECT a banwave. But dont come on here all gungho on a "banwave" with no real evidence to support your claim
