Cant open in tray.

Whenever i minimize my HB and it goes into my tray it will not pull back open after that all i can do is right click it and start/stop/exit the bot and like i said it saves the settings so when i try to close and reopen it it just goes straight back to the tray and i cant do anything with it, anyone have any ideas on what i can do? last time this happend i just reinstalled HB and it worked but was curious if there is any other fix without having to to do that. ty in advance

 

i got the same problem, using the latest HB, with Amplify CC, on kick's 68-80 Ally questing profile..
i also use Arelog and that is making some problems for me aswell

 

i assume this issue is being taken care of hence the neglect this thread is taken o?

 

Have you guys tried to go to your settings folder and then delete your "UISettings_***" all of them?

Or edit them?

the UISettings_ have those 2 lines.
<MainWindowLocationX>655</MainWindowLocationX>
<MainWindowLocationY>350</MainWindowLocationY>

try another number? or just detele the file.

 

just tried it but nothing, but ty for the effort bengan, really do appreciate the effort the dev's are quick to bitch about posting logs and the bs they know about but hush up fast when it comes to this stuff but do appreciate the try, anyone else got any ideas? i assume they have there hands tied up with.....

 

Alright lets get this straight

1) It's the weekend
2) We don't work 24/7
3) This is Tony's section and he's not a dev - if there are 'bot issues', he directs those issues to the correct staff member

Now, for your issue... it could be one of many things ... it could be windows messing up, or it could be a bad settings file.

Go down to the taskbar and click 'customize' and set your settings there for windows
Then, double click the HB icon and you should get the window bar back onto the main taskbar - if you click it and you can't see HB - then right click --> maximize, then click and hold the title bar and drag it to where it needs to go
If this doesn't work - delete your whole settings folder while HB is off ... it should fix your issue

Don't be quick to judge because:

1) You posted at 8pm on a Saturday night (Europe)

Go go delete settings folder, works a treat

 

i also have this problem. this is really bothering because when i minimize honorbuddy it goes in the little icon tray but when i want to open it. it doesnt open..... i tried deleting my settings folder but that did not work. i just really do need help any tips will be appreciated

 

take a look at this thread, and try some of the solutions on it, and see if they work for you.
