You exceeded download limit

I try to download the program itself from Downloads and it keeps on saying download limit exceeded even though I haven't been able to download it...
Is there an alternative source to downloading the program .

 

This came up for me when i wasnt logged into the forums themself, make sure your logged in then try again.

 

I am logged in and its still the same message.

 

I was and I uninstalled it.

 

Or give it a couple of minutes if relogging doesnt work - maybe clear internet cache at the latter.

 

I'm still having the same problem, tried logging out and in, did try several times to download with different time intervals extending up to 15 minutes but I still get the same message perhaps I have to wait a whole day ? . : I
