Always wait for payment first, then trade gold. Never other way around. No offence but this was your own fault. I dont think there's anything you can do.

Well, if you've been selling for a year you have a reputation and people will trust you by paying first. Scammers are always there and you will just keep on getting scammed if you're going to give them the gold first, it's just my tip to you... What you can TRY, is ticket that you traded the gold to the wrong guy, that you wanted to give the gold to an rl friend or something and he refuses to give it back however I am not really sure if it works.

if you make a ticket, chances are good they double check your account. if you did any sellings in the past, they might find it and likely perma ban you. if you care about the account consider those 120k as an apprentice's due and move on.

wait you are considering opening a ticket about someone scamming you while you took part in something that is against the terms of service.....

If you never had a chat log, open a nice ticket give the toons account name tell blizz he was selling you the X-Rocket or a rare mount. If you traded from a lvl 1 to alvl 1 sorry , but next time get some lubricant so it doesn't hurt that much. Otherwise open the ticket and say it was a rare mount. Look dumb in your ticket. Good luck.

      Always $ before Gold.

I'd suck it up and move on, a ticket is risky is your account worth risking for just 120k gold?

Well the ticket is risky if you gonna be botting that account and not be there to answer the GM. What I tend to do is open tickets then run something else, log off and wait for response. Remember a botter won't open a ticket.
