Honorbuddy sometimes won't rez?

I've noticed while botting a few characters that they occasionally don't leave the graveyard. They work fine and walk back for 1-2 deaths but eventually when they die they release spirit and just stood at the graveyard. Once I nudge the character just a tiny bit he'll start moving again.

this happens on:
honorbuddy 1.333
ccs: actaeon, convalesce, ecliptor
profiles: many

every time the log just ends with "I died." i can post multiple logs if needed

 

I've had the same issue a few times. Dont know what the cause could be.
