ProfessionBuddy issue

I'm getting the following error:

I even tried to delete one of them, both of them, etc. I can't seem to get it to operate correctly. It's supposed to get the mail from the inbox and then prospect, make rings, mail, etc. No luck though.

 

I did a reinstall and cleared out the folder that was causing issues. Then, I got this:
