      been trying to get this running for a few days now, every time i get the same thing, read other posts hoping to find a solution but no luck :( ran antiviruses, updated to the latest .net framework, reformatted my computer, reinstalled everything, still didnt work

      im having same problem using windows xp. i have a friend using xp too and he didnt change anything and it works just fine. plz get back to me asap! tyvm will + rep for replies!

      Hey all i will post a fix for this problem for all the humans frantically searching the web for a fix :)) i am here to rescue you!!!

      All you gotta do is this>>>

      1 = Read the 1-8 instructions here on this webpage FIX Blank or Empty List in Vista Turn Windows Features On or Off (OptionalFeatures.exe)

      2 = instruction number 1 will give you a download link to a "system update readiness tool" press the download link

      3 = on the download page look for Method 2:use the microsoft download center click for drop down list and select your OS download link

      4 = If you don't know what OS you have type msinfo32 into your windows search or command prompt and you will see windows type

      5 = Download the fix and wait for it to finish the whole thing will take about 10-15mins so do not panic if nothing happends for a long time leave it alone

      Restart PC when finished and there we go
