      Lifetime key missing?

      Buddyauth is showing no keys attached to the account and can no longer use honorbuddy. I'm a LIFETIME user, been using over a year with no issues until yesterday.

      Verified I'm using the correct password but I get:
      Code:
      [2:49:49 PM:259] Logging in...
      [2:49:49 PM:757] Buddy Sessions: 0/0
      -----
      Shared Sessions: 0/0
      Invalid Account Details
      [2:49:50 PM:031] Authentication failed!
      
      Also, my forum account is Froogle, as is my buddyauth account. I'm unable to retrieve my forum account as the forum password retrieval has never worked correctly for me and sends me new passwords that don't work.

      I've never received any keys, I've been a buddy lifetime user for over a year. Before 'keys' were being used. I'm only using this forum account because I've lost access to my original. Let me know if you need any other information from me.

      Looks like I got buried, I need help still.

      My key/whatever is missing and I don't have access to my main forum account Froogle. Please re-read my original post

      you must log using the same login info as your shop page

      you can reset your pass there as well

      My shop account seems to be missing entirely. I've looked in my old emails and tried resetting my password on the email I originally used to purchase HB with but I get "Sorry, we cannot find any matching accounts for the criteria you submitted, please double check your information and try again." The email I originally purchased with is jakew14@gmail.com. I do remember having a shop account, username Froogle. But password reset for that username gets the same message.
