Fpsware Priest - BETA Testers Required

So at this point I'm going to assume there are few to none issues.

 

If you still need a tester. I'm up for it I'm just at that range questing in northrend

 

I got a shadow specced priest at lvl 31, if u need any more testers.

 

Hello again! Sorry for the delay. Here you got a log.
Happend while casting Smite on a Questmob.
It's in the end.

 

What happened???? The only error I see in the log is when the mob died and HB was still casting the spell. Its no so much an error, just something that happens.

The idea behing beta testing is to provide as much useable information as possible, that way I can replicate the conditions, find the fault and fix it.

 

Nothing really, I was not certain If I wanted to post it. But it still contained error regarding files, from You. I didn't know that, but I will only post error that really did something strange in-game.

 

That aside is everything else working properly (for a level 1 character)?

I've noticed something..

It seems it has problem targeting mobs right while using certain items for quest, like Super booster rocket boots.
And I also saw that when the mobs was attacking NPC's it wouldn't target or face them right, but for some strange reason it worked after 3 Stop-starts.

There is no bugs or logs getting created when this happends, so I guess a log isn't needed.

 

I can't say I've seen this kind of action. What level and what quests are you on?

It happend at lvl 7, and aswell lvl 10.

The quest at lvl 7 was Get to the Gyrochoppa.

The quest at lvl 10 was Zombies vs. Super Booster Rocket Boots.

Hello - I realize you are looking for lowbie priests but I wanted to put it out there that I have an 85 of every class and would be more than happy to help you test anything. I'm a programmer by trade so I understand what a proper bug report is... haha

 

At the moment I can say it's working very good, haven't had a single issue regarding your CC in anyway. Will report back later.

 

I have a level 69 priest and i'm currently leveling. I'm interessted in betatesting.

Hello again! Left the toon running over night the check longtime performence
When I woke up the toon was standing around 40 yards away from a ranged mob.

The error I got was the same as I showed before, but it came alot under the night.
It must have something to do with the CC since I've never seen it before.

The toon didn't do anything, it was just facing the mob until she just died. Yea, it's a girl ;-)
I'm not sure if the toon died from the same mob(obviously you can check that in the logs, but yepp)



EDIT;
Just noticed same behaviour just some seconds ago, altho the toon faced 4 mobs at the same time, after casting few spells the error came and the toon just freezed until death.

 

Just been watching it for for awhile, no bugs yet. But I noticed the toon had a very hard time when killing first 2 mobs, then 2 right after. The toon went oom pretty fast and then it just stood there using shield, renew.. again and again and again until death. I'm using ur disc quest template atm. Is it optimized or should I play around?

I'm currently lvl 42 now and I have all the hlooms et.c

Hey FPSWare - first off, a very serious "Welcome Back" to you! I hadn't been playing Wow as much until recently and saw that you were back. Very happy to see that whatever had pulled you away was at the very least under control.

As far as your Beta - I'm very interested in helping out. I have a mid 50s level (at work, don't remember exactly) that I could dust off and pop into questing, battle grounds or instances. (He's been leveling almost exlusively through instances up to this point).
