Bought Cata 3 times last week for inactive accounts, fu blizz, this cant be real.

 

Ya but then you can't recruit that battle chest account, since the 10 day trial removes its eligibility.

 

Question: On all the accounts I've just scrolled they all had a trial for cata before (few months ago), now they have been scrolled all it says it Cata 10 days remaning, does this mean I wont have a fully upgraded cata at the end of the 10 days? or does everyone else have this aswell on there accounts theyve just scrolled

As exciting as this sounds to many for botting opportunities, you're right. I think Blizzard will only get more interesting with it's attempts to keep people from leaving.

Just did two accounts. Used my good friend over on ownedcore got cheap game time. I am now the proud owner of two new mounts and two new level 80s.

Got the same on my Account, started a Ticket now, I think it's a Bug and you will get the full version after a ticket

Edit: GM answer: He said it's a bug in the system and when there's no Full Version of Cataclysm after those 10 Days you can write a ticket again .

Saw a post answering my issue ... this is a reply from a GM:

Currently, when you initially upgrade your account to Cataclysm via Scroll of Resurrection, it will act like a trial account for up to 72 hours. Because of this, and due to the restrictions on Cataclysm trials, you will be unable to level your character past 1 experience point below 81 until those restrictions have been lifted.

 

How safe is it to invite people you don't know with an account on good standing (eg an account I don't want to loose and have handplayed since 2006).
Will the behaviour of the people you invite have repercussions on your own account?

I'm interested in obtaining the mount, but don't want to pay with my account for it

But like how long does the account have to be frozen before u can do this? like u can't just close one of your accounts then use SoR on it and then just open it again?

Edit: To be eligible to receive a Scroll of Resurrection, your friend must have previously subscribed to World of Warcraft for at least 30 days and their account must have become inactive on or before March 4th, 2012.

 

only negatives i've seen so far is that you can't pull guilds over with the free xfers and that the regular toon gold xfer level limits based on level are still in play.

4 down, ~20 to go......

 

So buy a mechano hog, or Sands of Time or w/e before you transfer, sell it on new server, then profit
