Sounds odd to ban you for abuse of the economy if you haven't abused it :S Dont know if they "flag" ip's, do you have both acc's on same battle.net account?
no, usually when they do stuff for exploiting the economy is because they didn't know what to charge you with. if it is in fact a perma ban, then contest it, and im sure you will get the account back (and you have nothing to lose). as far as the other accounts, as long as you didnt do anything like send 5k gold to this new account to get it started, then you should be fine. the only time they do what people call "ip flagging" or whatever, is if your running like 5 or 10 accounts. if you only have 2 or 3 its not too big of a deal.
