Ive used bots before and have used HB for a couple months now... ive never been banned or flagged ( that i know )and had only good things to say about the customer service offered by the developer team involved in all this. HOWEVER Ive been playing wow since release, and have never had a problem, whatsoever, with account security. It kind of hurts to think HB has something to do with the loss of all my gold and items from my 7 level 85 characters, but i dont know what else to think, i use no add ons whatsoever. How can this be? has anyone had something similar happen to them? im not accussing anyone or anything, just would like some feedback and see what people comes with. Like i said i use NO addons, i dont frequent shady forums or download any programs. I just use HB. What do you people have to say? has anyone been hacked out of the blue? PS: I cant stress enough how helpful everyone has been on the HB team. I doubt they are directly involved on my gold and character theft.
Do you think HB would still be in business if they stole from their customers? Did you have an authenticator attached to your account? If not then you most likely clicked on a shady link. If I were you I'd start by formatting your PC to make sure you're rid of any keyloggers, then attach an authenticator to your account ASAP, then realize that "I've never had a problem with account security" is *not* a valid precaution.
