9 Accounts Permabanned

Hey guys, iam botting for around 1 year and was never involved in any bans, account suspension or any other kind of that.
I got the first bans one week ago on 5 accounts (4 on the same battle.net) for selling gold/ingame objects for real money.
Now are the funny thing, these accounts are all farming and was never involved in gold selling, for this i have a extra account but this account wasnt banned.

Thought "shit happens"
Today i got the next bans on totally different battle.net accounts with different email adresses and different ip-adresses.
Got instantly a perma-ban (no 72h suspension).
I was online with 6 accounts, 4 got a ban, the other two arent bun (until now).
Selling gold/ingame objects for real money. These accounts were also never involved in gold-selling.

I have 3 accounts that are only for goldselling but these accounts never got a ban or suspension.
Very strange!

Today i was kicked from the game on "account1". After trying to relog i got the Ban-Mail. Logged out 2 other accounts that were botting on the same time. Now i got 2 more mails that these accounts also get a perma-ban. All bans got in ~10mins.

If you where botting in Uldum i have a bit of information for you. Just a Heads up to stay away or atleast try to monitor your bot if you bot in uldum a little more.

I bot on 3 Servers, and I went to Uldum to farm some Embersilk Cloth, and I noticed strange conversations in general chat. There were about 1-4 players Reporting Bots on General. They Would Be like "[Namehere] Is botting Report them too!" They where doing for on each server i was at for about 2 hours. I noticed A ton of people getting reported. This players are scrub bags and I know it sucks but just a heads up.

If you're wondering what realms it was "Korgath, illidan, and Darkspear." So be careful out there guys, watch general chat every once and awhile. There are ass holes who do this. I saw within 4 hours Population in Uldum Drop by 75%.

Did it occur to xfirefly88x that regular players think the botters are azz-holes so .....

Just face it....it has come to a point where ppl are fed up with the bots.

 

why because they can buy their stuff much cheaper at ah ? :/ i can't see any reasons ecept jealousy.

i think there are many ppl on my server that report any bot-user, no one has a disadvantage except these guys that farm manual

 

Maybe , just Maybe it's because the ppl that are not botting and tries to make money on their, let's say Jewelcrafting.

How fun is it to see ppl undercut down to 100-120g for a cut inferno ruby.

They don't make the money they expect to.

Because even at 100g a botter has profit on those gems ......

 

I will never farm resources due to the inevitable ban. People have a lot of malice towards resource farmers because they only hurt the economy. I buy my ore from other botters and make significantly more than them selling my trade on the AH. BUT if they were to stop supplying the price of ore would go up, so the price of the gems and everything else made from the ore would skyrocket. I hate to say it here but ore botters need to relax for a while.

I use the bot to level and make shuffling easier, sometimes honor grinding. If you're going to bot resources be prepared for a ban and watch your character's activity when you can... Because people hate you.

 

Why don't those botbusters just buy our cheap goods at the AH and craft them into useful stuff, making their legit gold?

they should leave gathering for us bots, no reason for them to be pissed of our little "unfair advantage" ...

Instead of complaining about bots farming things, they should just let it be... and enjoy cheap goods at the AH.

Actually there are many reasons to want to actively report bots. I know its sad to see it happen but some botters despise competition and know how to find other botters as they are one themself. Another reason is one of my friends plays the neutral auction house to make the bulk of his gold and he purposely goes around draining one faction of ore/herb gatherers to deflate one side to resell to other sides.

And considering he goes to most of the website forums of public bots he gets alot of info on how to track them.

 

What about the people who are botting "for their own resources and making profit with herbs mines" such as having JC/Ins/Enc?

There are several people who are both botting and supplying themselves and making tons of gold for "themselves" by hammering the prices in AH and making other people annoyed who buy the resources from AH.

 

it could be other botters reporting you as well, because there is so many people botting now sometimes the only way to get a decent take home is to be ruthless and try to remove your competition from the picture. the two zones that i farm were completely overrun with botters when i first started but now there are only 1-2 people left and they only bot for maybe 2-3 hours a day so I guess there isn't enough evidence to ban them. I report anyone I think is botting and I have a nice little template that seems to have worked well if anyone wants it pm me for it. i dont think there is any code of honour when it comes to botting, if you chose to cheat you live with the consequences.

 

Oh yeah that is real mature. You bot but report other botters. I hope you get banned from these forums.

Edit: So angry and annoyed to see such people (i can not even name this creature as a person) who does this. I can be banned but please do what is necessary for this guy. I, personally, do not want to see those supergrasses who does the same thing and SELL ALL THE OTHERS TO BLIZZARD if we really really want to call ourselves as community.

Most of the people I report are complete idiots who leave their bots running all day and all night and then flood the auction house with cheap mats. Sorry but I have no sympathy for them, I only gather for 2-3 hours max and only use the mats to supply my own professions. If you've got a problem with that then tell those people to stop being so greedy and making it impossible for casual botters to make any profit. Also two words: U MAD?

 

They should revoke your license keys tbh. This aside, if they bot 24/7 they aren't the ones posting the auctions with the same character. If they bot 24/7 how do you know? If you bot mats at all how are you more deserving of anything.....than they are?

on the plus side... when they figure out you bot you'll be perma banned. You won't have any chance of getting 72 hour first time offender like the rest of us.

 

Whatever your excuses are, anytime you report a botter when you bot, it shows that you and your kind of people think every single nod belong to them. That is enough proof of your being greedy. And now you are talking about greedness? Keep that and stand behind the excuses; "Hey they are stupid. Hey they are not pro. They have cheap materials flooded with AH." Excuses? Let's go ahead then.

If they bot 7/24 and be greedy you can do the same thing. You are cheating your wife 6 hours a day and when someone else doing the same thing you are telling them to their wives? And talk about these people "Omg they are shits etc?" you call them GREEDY? You offense please. You just offense what i say. You are a TARD at the VERY LEAST.

Cheating on your own wife and telling the other ones to their wifes and defending like; "Hey. But they cheat 7/24 i sometimes do that." What sort of logic is this?

One last thing. Your "kind" is the one who cheats his best friend with their girlfriends. You can never be trusted. You just simply sell everyone at once. Yes, you are dishonorable. But not for botting, but for being negatively opportunist and having nothing to be trusted. You can not be handled anything and a loser who will die alone.
